About Wigs4Wendy

The Journey began for Denise the founder of Wigs 4 Wendy only a few years ago when her sister Wendy was diagnosed with cancer.

Immediately, as those of you going though it know, all hands were on deck and the family spun a web of love and support.

The family worked together and tried all different methods to either get rid of it, slow it down or just ease the pain & suffering that Wendy was experiencing. One of the challenges that Denise came across while caring for Wendy was the unavailability of fashionable hair wear. Most products that Denise was able to acquire were either too costly or too far away for anybody in the local area going though cancer.

Wendy lost her fight in the middle of 2016 she is dearly missed and fondly remembered by all.

Denise wanted to do something in honour of her sister as going through this experience help her appreciate the challenges that are involved with just a simple task that can bring so much dignity and happiness back.

The idea came and it was only natural for Denise who already owns a ladies fashion boutique to create Wigs 4 Wendy.

A Dream was born and Wendy lives on through every individual that comes to visit.

Our aim is that they walk out with their spirit higher, smile wider and heart warmer.
